Pete's finished for the summer ALREADY!

Hey everyone,

I hope you are all well and those of you taking exams at the moment arent working too hard. I've been finished for a week now after my one and only exam. It's a very strange feeling to think that my first year has gone by already but I come back for the summer with endless happy memories and experiences.

I have made some great friends and can't wait to move into my house next year even if it is going to be all guys. My course this year has been everything I thought it would be and although some parts could have been better organised and I could have been a bit better organised myself, I'm reasonably confident that I'll pass. I'm back in good old Reading at the start of June ready for a summer full of data entry for the council, I need to get out of my overdraft so the more work the better I suppose.

Health-wise, it's all been OK most of the time, I was admitted for a week with a chest infection in February and I've had a few coughs and colds and days where I've just felt ill but on the whole things are going well and the docs are all very pleased. I had a boost of T cells in the easter hols and have to wait 3 months for the results of that to see whether i need further treatment but it won't be anything major, just a small injection.

I'm sure I will see many of you over the summer.

Take care,

Pete
